How the review runs
From the front room to the consultation.
Invite
The clinician issues a six-digit code. The patient links their app and gives consent, once.
Record
Symptoms, reliever use and vitals are captured at home, offline-first, timestamped at the point of entry.
Surface
CAT and mMRC roll into a GOLD group. Exacerbations and adherence gaps raise an alert on the panel.
Act
The clinician adjusts the recommendation. It reaches the app the same day, with the reason attached.
Information governance
Governance is the product, not the paperwork.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-scoped access with tenant isolation enforced at the query layer, not the view layer. Every clinical mutation carries an audit entry with actor, tenant, route and timestamp.
